MrBeast, his real name being Jimmy Donaldson, was born on May 7, 1988 in Kansas. However, he moved at a young age and mainly grew up in Greenville, North Carolina, where he started to create his identity as a content creator. His first video that went viral “Counting to 10,000” was what made him want to become a more influential YouTube creator as he saw how much potential video making could have. Growing up, MrBeast was always fascinated with creating content and experimenting with different mediums. He started posting videos on YouTube at the age of 13 under the name MrBeast6000.
